- You will not engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities on the Platform.

Only persons located in the United States (excluding the following states and territories) are permitted to register a User Account on the Platform:

- Excluded States: Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, and Washington.

- Excluded Territories: Any outlying U.S. territories and possessions, including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands.

If you reside in or access the Platform from any of these Excluded Jurisdictions, you are prohibited from registering a User Account or using the Platform.

You may only create one User Account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.

During registration, you must provide accurate information, including your full name, email address, residential address, and phone number.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials (email and password).

You are solely responsible for all activity on your User Account, including purchases, gameplay, and any violations of these Terms.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breaches.

Selling, transferring, or sharing your User Account or Sweeps Coins is strictly prohibited.

If your User Account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, it will be considered an Unused Account.

Unused Accounts may be closed, and any remaining Sweeps Coins will be forfeited.

You may close your User Account at any time by contacting Customer Support.

Upon closure, all Sweeps Coins in your account will be forfeited.

Sweeps Coins are virtual credits used to play Games on the Platform.

Sweeps Coins have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, or any other form of currency.

You may purchase Sweeps Coins using approved payment methods. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Each Game has its own rules, which are available on the Platform. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules before playing.

You must have sufficient Sweeps Coins to participate in Games. Once used, Sweeps Coins cannot be refunded or canceled.

If a Game malfunctions or experiences an error, we reserve the right to void any affected gameplay and, at our discretion, reinstate lost Sweeps Coins.

Discrepancies between your device and our servers will be resolved in favor of the result recorded on our servers.

You agree not to:

- Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

- Create multiple User Accounts or share your account with others.

- Attempt to manipulate Games, exploit errors, or gain an unfair advantage.

- Use automated tools, bots, or third-party software to access the Platform.

- Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content on the Platform.

- Reverse engineer, copy, or modify any part of the Platform.

Violations of these rules may result in the suspension or termination of your User Account and forfeiture of Sweeps Coins.

From time to time, we may offer promotions, contests, or bonuses (collectively, “Promotions”). These Promotions are subject to:

- These Terms;

- Any additional rules or terms specific to the Promotion; and

- Applicable laws.

We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or refuse any Promotion at our discretion.

All content on the Platform, including Games, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by BlitzSweeps or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

By submitting feedback, suggestions, or ideas to us, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and implement them without obligation to you.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its functionality, accuracy, or availability.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you have spent on Sweeps Coins in the 30 days preceding your claim.

If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us at support@blitzcasino.io and attempt to resolve the issue informally for at least 60 days before initiating arbitration.

If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and BlitzSweeps agree to resolve it through binding arbitration administered by JAMS (if you reside in the U.S.) or the Israeli Institute for Business Arbitration (if you reside outside the U.S.). Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis, and class actions are not permitted.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing us at support@blitzcasino.io with your full name, email address, and a statement that you decline arbitration.

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you when you next access the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
